By placing an order with Chrome.qa, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Please make sure your order details, product selection, and delivery information are correct before completing your purchase.

2. Return Period

Chrome.qa accepts eligible return requests within 3 days of the date you receive your order.

After the 3-day return period has passed, the order is considered final and is not eligible for return or refund.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the glasses must:

Be completely unused and unworn.
Be in the same condition in which they were received.
Include the original packaging, case, and all accessories provided with the order.
Have no scratches, marks, damage, or other signs of use.
Be returned only after the return has been approved by Chrome.qa.

We do not accept returns for glasses that have been worn, used, scratched, or damaged by the customer.

4. Change of Mind

Chrome.qa does not accept returns simply because a customer changes their mind or no longer wants the product.

Returns are only accepted when they meet the conditions outlined in this policy, including approved cases involving an incorrect or defective product.

5. How to Request a Return

Customers must contact Chrome.qa within 3 days of receiving their order and provide:

Reason for the return
Photos or other information if requested by Chrome.qa

Do not send or hand over an item for return without contacting Chrome.qa first and receiving approval.

Chrome.qa will review the request and confirm whether it has been approved.

If approved, a Chrome.qa driver will arrange to collect the item.

6. Return Shipping Fee

For an approved return, the customer is responsible for a 30 QAR shipping/collection fee.

This fee applies to approved returns unless the return is the result of Chrome.qa sending the wrong product.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your glasses arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect, contact +974 66908023 Chrome.qa through WhatsApp as soon as possible.

After reviewing the issue, Chrome.qa may approve a replacement.

An approved replacement is subject to a 30 QAR shipping fee.

The original damaged or defective item must be returned before the replacement is provided.

8. Incorrect Product

If Chrome.qa sends you the wrong product due to an error on our part, contact us +974 66908023 through WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Once the error is confirmed, Chrome.qa will arrange the return and replacement and Chrome.qa will cover the applicable shipping cost.

9. Refunds

Where a refund has been approved under this policy, the refund will be provided in cash by the Chrome.qa driver when the returned product is collected.

The returned product must meet all applicable return conditions.

If the product does not meet the return requirements, Chrome.qa may refuse the return and refund.

Approved refunds will be processed on the same day the approved return is collected.

10. Replacements

If a replacement has been approved, the replacement will be provided by the Chrome.qa driver when the original item is collected.

A 30 QAR shipping fee applies to approved replacement requests.

The only exception is when Chrome.qa has sent the wrong product due to an error on our part. In that case, Chrome.qa will cover the shipping cost.

Replacement products are subject to availability.

11. Sale and Discounted Products

Sale, promotional, and discounted products are subject to the same Return & Refund Policy as full-price products.

12. Lost Return Packages

Chrome.qa is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged while being returned through a return method that was not arranged or approved by Chrome.qa.

No refund or replacement will be provided for a product that Chrome.qa does not receive.

13. Returns We May Refuse

Chrome.qa reserves the right to refuse a return, replacement, or refund where:

The 3-day return period has expired.
The product has been worn or used.

The original packaging, case, or required accessories are missing.

5. Customer Availability

If the driver has not yet started traveling, Chrome.qa may work with the customer to arrange another suitable delivery time without an additional fee.

6. Delivery Address
